About Us
Life Synergy Medical Foundation (LSFM) is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to supporting low-income patients and other underprivileged individuals facing medical, financial, and social challenges. The Foundation operates as the Charitable arm under the umbrella of The Life Care International Medical Group of Companies.
LSMF was incorporated 17 September 2025 underthe Trustees incorporation Act 1952 (Act 258) which falls under the purview of the Legal Affairs Division in the Prime Minister’s Department. Founded with the belief that access to healthcare is a right and not a privilege, LSFM provides a holistic approach to patient welfare, combining financial assistance, medical support, emotional care, and community empowerment.
Caring Synergy Renal Sdn Bhd, the Group’s Hemodialysis arm, provides accessible and patient centred care to 430 hemodialysis patients spread over 7 dialysis centres in Sri Rampai, Kajang, Senawang, Tanjung Karang, Ara Damansara, Port Dickson and Shah Alam. Patients atthese Centres currently enjoy subsidized hemodialysis drugs as well as free IJC dressing, routine blood tests and transport.
Any support for the Foundation will benefit the underprivileged and low-income patients from the Group’s Hemodialysis arm as well as the Group’s clinics.

Our Vision
To create a compassionate and resilient society where low-income individuals, the elderly, individuals with chronic illnesses and other vulnerable communities seeking treatment at Dialysis Centers under Caring Synergy Renal as well as Life Care Centres and Clinics have access to quality healthcare and the opportunity to lead healthier, more sustainable lives.

What We Do
1. Patient Welfare Assistance
- Financial aid for dialysis, medication, and essential treatments.
- Subsidies for treatment, medicines, hospital visits, laboratory tests, and medical procedures.
- Emergency support for patients in critical need.
2. Family & Social Support
- Groceries, nutrition packages, and basic necessities for patients’ households.
- Counseling and emotional support for patients and families.
- Assistance in navigating healthcare systems and welfare applications.
3. Health Awareness & Education
- Public health talks on kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
- Workshops on preventive healthcare and lifestyle management.
- Patient empowerment through knowledge and self-care programs.
4. Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Collaborations with Life Care Centers and Caring Synergy Renal Centers to assist needy patients.
- Engagement with schools, corporations, and community groups for volunteerism.
- Outreach programs in underserved rural and urban areas.
Eligibility
Applicants must be low-income individuals or families receiving or requiring renal care. Other patients with serious conditions may also apply, subject to financial need assessment. Applications are reviewed based on income, dependents, medical needs, and supporting documents. Home visits may be conducted for verification.
