    Job Description

    1. To manage, supervise and support a team of subordinates which consist of midwife, nurses and staff for the daily operation of the Confinement Centre

    2. To be actively involved in the search for business opportunities and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve the profitability of the Confinement Centre.

    3. To prepare and review sales, financial, marketing strategies and daily activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement

    4. To constantly maintain and improve quality service in overall areas in order to remain competitive, improve clients experience and secure new business for the Centre

    5. To build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships

    6. To lead and create a positive working environment that encourages team feedback and active participation towards Centre operations and Management decision making

    7. To plan and control the material purchase and stock inventory to ensure operational efficiency

    8. To monitor and take care of daily confinement food quality supply to cater to customers’ needs and concerns

    9. To inspect and ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the entire confinement centre

     

    Requirements

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent. Those with additional skills in specialist areas e.g. Business Administration / Management / Customer Service will be an added advantage

    2. Preferably Managers working in Confinement Centre/ Hotel / Hospital / Nursing Home or equivalent.

    3. Possess initiative and has strong integrity, good leadership skills and a result-driven personality.

    4. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a related field

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide effective nursing care such as conducting basic medical tests to patients and handling patients’ health screening process.
    • To provide assistance and support to the doctor in all aspects of the medical operations and procedures. 
    • Provide hands-on care to patients by administering blood drawing, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients’ conditions, maintaining records, and communicating with the doctor

    Job summary

    As a Dietitian, you perform a variety of specialized duties that related to customer’s dietary and nutrition.     • To oversee daily food service operation and assist in menu planning

    • You are responsible for performing the best method of scanning for patients with proper technique and professionalism. Safety precautions are taken before performing a medical test
    • Principle duties entail carrying out Imaging procedure which includes:
      • General radiography
      • Mammography
      • Computed Tomography (CT Scan)
      • Bone mineral Density (BMD)
      • C-Arm fluoroscopy in Operating Theatre
      • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
      • Picture Archiving System (PACS)

    Job Responsibilities

    • You will perform in day to day operational duties in the laboratory by performing in a general capacity with samples/specimens that have been collected from customers into the lab
    • You will perform analysis on the collected samples/specimens by analyzing and recording the findings.
    • Identify problems and troubleshoot laboratory equipment when required
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team for manpower arrangement for onsite events/projects

    A Operations Executive will support the Operation Manager in overseeing the healthcare day-to-day operations facilities of Life Care Diagnostics Medical Centre, run productively and efficiently.  The incumbent will actively liaise with various departments and patients to ensure an excellent patient experience with us.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Able to understand and communicate with doctors, employees, and patients about healthcare plans and work with clinics to provide excellent patient care.
    • Assist the Operation Manager in overseeing employees’ performance of the clinics.
    • Assisting the Operation Manager in developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care by coordinating work processes with various departments such as, Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, Specialist Clinics and others.

    Job Description:
