Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors in providing healthcare and support to elderly patients.
  • Assist doctors with medical examinations and administer prescribed treatments.
  • Help to perform prescribed tests on their patients, like blood pressure checks, temperature, respiration, pulse, and blood sugar.
  • Help to conduct regular screenings and routine checks on patients.
  • Understand patient’s medications and administer them as and when due.
  • Help educate their patients’ families on the best ways to care for them and keep them safe.

Audiologist is responsible for completing hearing exams, fitting, adjusting and maintaining patients’ hearing aids and providing treatment for balance disorders.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Perform hearing screening, and diagnostic hearing test to examine the patient’s hearing (e.g. using pure tone audiometry).
  • Diagnose hearing problem by ruling out the causes and provide proper intervention to the patient by giving a clear explanation.
  • Diagnose the patient’s middle ear condition by performing acoustic immittance testing (e.g. tympanometry).
  • Determine the best course of treatment, taking the patient’s needs and concerns into consideration.
  • Provide services of hearing aid trial, fitting, and follow up session to the patient who are eligible for hearing aid.
  • Provide up to date and latest technology hearing aid information to the patient.
  • Provide counselling for the patient and close family members on how to best listen and communicate using methods such as lip reading or technology.
  • Troubleshooting hearing aids according to the patient’s need and complaint.
  • Evaluate and follow up on the patient’s condition and record any developments.
  • Provide a counselling session of noise exposure, tinnitus management and hearing difficulties to the patient.

    • General radiography

    • Computed Tomography (CT Scan)

  • Carries out the code of practice for radiation protection.

    • Proactively provide consultation to the customers about the company’s products and services that suit the customer’s health information by creating awareness of health risk factors.
    • To coordinate work processes with Nursing Department, Imaging Department, Laboratory Department, Sales & Marketing Department, Pharmacy, Specialist clinics and others to ensure smooth flow of operation.

    • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health related field
    • Previous job experience in Healthcare industry will be added advantage
    • Customer care and service minded
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Computer literate is a must

    Job Summary

    A Operations Executive will support the Operation Manager in overseeing the healthcare day-to-day operations facilities of Life Care Diagnostics Medical Centre, run productively and efficiently.  The incumbent will actively liaise with various departments and patients to ensure an excellent patient experience with us.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Able to understand and communicate with doctors, employees, and patients about healthcare plans and work with clinics to provide excellent patient care.
    • Assist the Operation Manager in overseeing employees’ performance of the clinics.
    • Assisting the Operation Manager in developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care by coordinating work processes with various departments such as, Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, Specialist Clinics and others.
    • Managing internal and external communications and answering queries about Life Care Diagnostics Medical Centre’s products.
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

     

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in health related field.
    • Previous job experience in the healthcare industry will be added advantage.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, discipline, committed, high integrity, responsible, team player and cooperative.
    • Good command of written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure the kitchen area is clean & hygienic
    • Responsible for food preparation and cooking
    • Washing, cutting and preparing food ingredients
    • Sorting & storing food ingredients
    • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
    • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools
    • Disposing of rubbish
    • Assist with other ad hoc duties when required

     

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate in Food & Beverage / Culinary Arts or equivalent
    • Preferably one (1) experience related to F&B industry is preferred
    • Required Skill: Basic Culinary
    • Able to work in a team
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (added advantage)
