I had middle and lower back pain for months due to mild scoliosis. Ms Joy helped me to understand why I was having muscle imbalance and corrected my sitting and standing posture. She also taught me exercises to strengthened my back and stretches to help with muscle tightness. Now I am more aware of my posture and how to exercise in a correct way.

Joy took the time to listen to me and address my concerns. Thanks to her I have made a full recovery from my ankle sprain which has affected my running and playing sports. I am able to return to my daily running pain free.

My mum was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and her pain was so intense she did not want to move her arm at all. Joy was very patient with her and helped her to manage pain while remaining active. My mum was always enthusiastic to attend her sessions with Joy. She even taught my mum how to do some simple shoulder exercises at home. Big thanks to Joy for being so kind and patient with my mum.
