Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident’s personal care, which include showering, toileting, grooming (hair
    cutting, nail cutting), bed bath, diaper changing, dressing, and eating.
  • Perform vital signs assessment
  • Perform glucose monitoring
  • Assist clients take their medication prescribed by doctors.
  • Provide Companionship and Facilitating Recreational Activities
  • Provide mobility assistance by lifting from bed to chair/wheelchair, or any assisted device

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors in providing healthcare and support to elderly patients.
  • Assist doctors with medical examinations and administer prescribed treatments.
  • Help to perform prescribed tests on their patients, like blood pressure checks, temperature, respiration, pulse, and blood sugar.
  • Help to conduct regular screenings and routine checks on patients.
  • Understand patient’s medications and administer them as and when due.

 Job Description:

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office buildings.

  • Cleans public area and doctor rooms also maintains the public areas and assigned areas according to set standards. Including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Keeps the front of the lobby clean.
  • Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
  • Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.

Audiologist is responsible for completing hearing exams, fitting, adjusting and maintaining patients’ hearing aids and providing treatment for balance disorders.

  • Perform hearing screening, and diagnostic hearing test to examine the patient’s hearing (e.g. using pure tone audiometry).
  • Diagnose hearing problem by ruling out the causes and provide proper intervention to the patient by giving a clear explanation.
  • Diagnose the patient’s middle ear condition by performing acoustic immittance testing (e.g. tympanometry).
  • Determine the best course of treatment, taking the patient’s needs and concerns into consideration.
  • Provide services of hearing aid trial, fitting, and follow up session to the patient who are eligible for hearing aid.
  • Provide up to date and latest technology hearing aid information to the patient.
  • Provide counselling for the patient and close family members on how to best listen and communicate using methods such as lip reading or technology.
  • Troubleshooting hearing aids according to the patient’s need and complaint.
  • Evaluate and follow up on the patient’s condition and record any developments.
  • Provide a counselling session of noise exposure, tinnitus management and hearing difficulties to the patient.

  • Perform procedures for patients with proper technique and professionalism.
  • Principle duties entail carrying out Imaging procedure which includes (Training will be provided):
    • General radiography
    • Mammography
    • Computed Tomography (CT Scan)
    • Bone Mineral Density (BMD)
    • C-Arm fluoroscopy in Operating Theatre
    • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
    • Picture Archiving System (PACS)
  • Carries out the code of practice for radiation protection.
  • Check and start up the machines in the morning and shut down the machines in the evening.

    • To coordinate work processes with Nursing Department, Imaging Department, Laboratory Department, Sales & Marketing Department, Pharmacy, and Specialist clinics to ensure smooth flow of operation.
    • Proactively provide consultation on medical check-up services and meet the needs of the customers.
    • Responding politely and courteously to the buckets of customer inquiries, handling customers’ complaints, resolving service issues and sales requests, and profiling customers to identify their needs and new sales.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health-related field.
    • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication, enjoy working and collaborating with team members.
    • Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and solve problems.
    • Able to thrive under pressure, and have experience handling the most critical of customer escalations with calm and respect.
    • Previous job experience in the Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
    • Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage.
    • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
