Terms and Conditions
1. The Ukiyo 1st Anniversary Giveaway Campaign is organized by Ukiyo Confinement Centre. The campaign is open to all individuals.
2. The campaign period starts on 18 September 2023 at 12:00:00 PM (GMT+8) and ends on 30 September 2023 at 11:59:59 PM (GMT+8). All participation outside of the campaign period will be deemed invalid and will not be eligible. No correspondence will be accepted.
3. To enter and be eligible to win the prize, participants must fulfill all of the following steps:
– Follow Ukiyo Confinement Centre on Facebook and Instagram.
– Comment on the giveaway post using the hashtags #iloveUkiyoConfinementCentre and #bestconfinement.
– Tag three friends’ social media accounts in the comment section.
4. Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant is eligible to win only one prize.
5. The winner will be selected randomly and announced on 4th October 2023 on Ukiyo Confinement Centre’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
6. The prize must be self-collected by the winner at Ukiyo Confinement Centre, located at Cheras South.

7. The prize collection date is within 1 month (4th October 2023 to 3rd November 2023) after the winner announcement post is published. Winners are required to arrange for prize collection within this period.
8. Winners are required to message Ukiyo Confinement Centre’s official social media account, stating their full name, IC/Passport number, and prize collection date after the winner announcement post is published.
9. If the winner is unable to physically collect the prize, they may assign a representative to collect on their behalf. The winner should message Ukiyo Confinement Centre official social media account with their full name, IC/Passport number, and prize collection date. They should also provide their representative’s full name and IC/passport number. The representative must bring a copy of their IC/passport and a letter of authorization (click here for a sample ).
10. The winners agree that all prizes are non-exchangeable and may not be exchanged for cash at all times. The prizes shall not be resold or used for any commercial purposes.
11. Ukiyo Confinement Centre shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the collection and redemption and/or delivery of the prize. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses, costs, fees or charges imposed in respect of the prize collection are solely borne by the Winners.
12. Ukiyo Confinement Centre reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of the terms and conditions.
13. Ukiyo Confinement Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
14. In the case of any dispute that arises under this campaign or to any products or services, between the English, Chinese, and Malay versions, we shall follow the content and the T&C of the campaign or to any products or services stated in the English version.
