Instruction for Contactless Registration at Drive-Thru (only use QR scan for registration)
- Please do not use MySejahtera apps and Facebook to scan.
- For an iPhone, open the camera and scan.
- For Android: QR Code Scanner FREE Download.
- For IOS: Scan a QR code with the iPhone camera
- Please fill up the forms in the car according to the form’s requirements. All information is important for the Ministry of Health submission purposes.
- For online purchases, please input “Online reference” under the Payment Reference field.
- For corporate clients, please insert the company name under the Payment Reference field.
- Click submit once done.
- Once we receive your registration form, if any payment needs to be collected, it will be collected from you in the car. If no payment is needed, just stay calm and relax in the car and our swab team will attend to you shortly.
Please note:
# No appointment needed on the first-come-first-served basis.
# For safety purposes, please use the Drive-Thru service instead of walk-in.
Special requirements for foreign workers:
